Me on a Monday

Ok, yes this blog post is a day late, but it was started on a Monday, but never quite got finished or posted .. so really I can't be blamed for that, can I :)

So lets see, how was the weekend, and I'm including Friday in it, as I spent a lovely day at the Stitch, Sewing and Hobbycraft show with this nutter lol. .... thanks Jo, for a fun day.
They had some lovely things, and some very talented people showing their creations.  This Gingerbread house, has been all around the world collecting money for Children in Need, as is made completely from wool.
I may have bought one or two things ... but these fabrics all are for projects I have in mind. Well, all but the aqua and red. And those, I just fell in love with.
Saturday started with a sprinkling of snow, but sadly it didn't last. What did last was things going wrong. Firstly the alarm at the little house went off, next we couldn't find the leaflet letting us know how to switch it off. Then my washing machine flooded.

Still at least all those things were fixable and sorted.
The rest of the weekend went without a hitch, and as you can see the bears found it nice and lazy.
I in turn managed to get all my photos ... no embellishments or cards. In and up to date in my project life album.  Now the fun part begins.
And that leads me onto to a fresh week.

You'll find me putting out a few decorations this week, and first things first ... My Christmas mugs.  I just love this time of the year.
As always, I'm waving and thanking the lovely Sian, for her clever idea of these posts, and wishing you all a lovely week xxx

  3. You beat me to it - I haven't had a chance to take a photo of my Christmas mugs yet.
The bears are going to have so much fun if we get more snow.

  4. Not that I'm jealous or anything..it sounds like a fantastic day out!

I hope you have a great week Sandra and get lots of use out of that amazing mug collection. You have inspired me to get our Christmas dinner plates a little earlier than I usually do. Why not, eh?

  7. Another person blogging Christmas mugs this week!! I was in Boundary Mills at the weekend admiring all the beautiful Christmas china but was sensible as I know I have nowhere to put it. I will content myself with my one Marillion Christmas mug LOL!! Sounds like the show was good fun, the knitted house is beautiful. Have a good week x
