Advent Day Goodies and a Special Birthday

Well all I can say, is I've obviously been on the good list as my Advent presents so far have been gorgeous ... Let me share with you, days 1 to 8

Each year we write out the papers or collections we like but this is usually done in September, so by the time December comes, its such a lovely surprise.  We both also asked for more paper this year than embellishments or anything too lumpy.

I think we both need to just get on with our back load of scrapping projects, rather than faff, as that's what we're both so good at doing.  I can't wait to play with these gorgeous papers.

On another note ... a certain two were one yesterday.  Goodness, this year has been a complete roller coaster for me. I've loved them to bits, and I can't imagine being without them, but they've turned my world upside down and inside out.  Adolescence has hit at the moment, so its a very trying time. Especially as they're terriers at that.  But we'll get there.  So here are a couple of photos.

They're inseparable .... always have been. Its a joy to see.  Saying that, I can hear tug of war going on in the background, so I better go and check its with a toy, and not something they've grabbed off the workbench.  Yesterday it was my tea towel!

I apologies for the blogs I've not been commenting on, I'm so behind on my blog reading, but I will catch up ... promise.

Tuesday 1 December 2015

Hello December

Defiantly without doubt, my all time favorite month.

So while all the festivities get going, let me say goodbye to November, and share a little of what happened.

There was time spent at the little house, time with family celebrating my cousins birthday. Time spent with good friends, and also those of the puppy kind. We had a small flurry of snow, and some crafting got done.

Emma and I are doing our advent swap again this year, so I will also share a round up of what I get. I say this, only if you're wondering what that little house is, under day 30 lol.  I made her a gingerbread house, in which to house her gifts.

I've a bit of catching up to do this week with blog reading again, and also starting the Christmas decorating. Which is just a bit harder to say the least, with two puppies causing havoc.
